In February, partners of the Next Gen Innovate project gathered in Vienna for a capacity-building workshop focused on designing the upcoming training program for young innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs.

During the workshop, experts and partners collaboratively worked on defining the structure, themes, and learning approach of the training phase that will be implemented later in the project. Through intensive discussions and co-creation sessions, the team identified key topics and directions that will shape the program, including entrepreneurship, social innovation, sustainability, and practical skill development.

The workshop played an important role in aligning the partners’ expertise and ensuring that the future training program responds to the needs of young people interested in developing impactful ideas and initiatives.

The next step of the project will be the launch of an open call for participants. After the selection process, the training program will be implemented, providing young people with the opportunity to develop their ideas with the support of mentors, experts, and an international network.
