As part of the Erasmus+ co-funded project GROW, the first mobility was successfully implemented in Malaga. This activity marked a cornerstone for the project, bringing together experts from North Macedonia and Spain to collaborate on the design of a comprehensive Incubation Program for young social entrepreneurs.
During the mobility, the experts worked intensively to define the structure, content, and methodology of the program. Through collaborative sessions, the team identified key competencies needed by young entrepreneurs and translated them into practical and interactive learning modules. The program will be built around five carefully designed modules:
- Creative Ideation & Innovation - Supporting participants in generating and developing innovative ideas to address pressing social and environmental challenges.
- Sustainable Business & Activism Strategies - Guiding young entrepreneurs in creating effective green business models or impactful advocacy campaigns that align with their mission.
- Financial Literacy & Empowerment - Equipping participants with essential skills in budgeting, fundraising, and financial sustainability to ensure long-term success of their ventures.
- Impact Assessment & Sustainability - Training participants to measure, enhance, and sustain the positive impact of their initiatives.
- Effective Communication & Advocacy - Helping participants improve their ability to communicate their vision, raise awareness, and advocate for their cause through personalized mentorship.
The first mobility in Malaga was not only a technical working session but also a platform for valuable cross-cultural exchange. Experts from both countries shared practices, methodologies, and experiences, ensuring that the incubation program integrates diverse perspectives and provides practical value to its future participants.
This initial stage represents an important step in laying the foundation for the incubation process. The program is designed to empower young entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to transform their ideas into sustainable initiatives with measurable social and environmental impact. Furthermore, participants will be awarded certificates of completion, formally recognizing their efforts and acquired competences.
Through the Erasmus+ co-funded GROW Project, partners are committed to fostering a strong community of young change-makers. By equipping them with the right skills and support, the project aims to contribute to long-term sustainable development while addressing some of the most pressing challenges in our societies. The successful implementation of the first mobility in Malaga provides a solid basis for the continuation of project activities and sets the stage for impactful outcomes in the months ahead.
