GROW - Green Generation: Youth Leading the Way in Sustainability🌱
As part of the Erasmus+ co-funded project GROW, Business Impact Lab and Friends of Education from North Macedonia, together with Egeria Desarrollo Social from Spain, are launching a free Incubation Program from May to September 2025. This program is designed to help young entrepreneurs, aspiring founders, and representatives of social enterprises develop the skills they need to build and grow impact-driven businesses.
💻 Online Incubation program with International Experts
This online program combines interactive group training with one-on-one mentoring from experienced business professionals across Europe. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge across key areas of impact business development, including:
1️⃣ Creative Ideation & Innovation
→ Learn how to generate and develop innovative ideas to address social and environmental challenges.
2️⃣ Sustainable Business & Activism Strategies
→ Develop effective green business models or impactful advocacy campaigns aligned with your mission.
3️⃣ Financial Literacy & Empowerment
→ Gain essential skills in budgeting, fundraising, and financial sustainability to ensure long-term success.
4️⃣ Impact Assessment & Sustainability
→ Learn how to measure, enhance, and sustain the positive impact of your initiative.
5️⃣ Effective Communication & Advocacy
→ Improve your ability to communicate your vision and advocate for your cause through personalized mentorship.
🎤 Demo Day in Struga, North Macedonia
The program wraps up with an exclusive Demo Day in Struga, North Macedonia, where selected participants will present their business ideas to potential investors, partners, and key stakeholders in the impact business ecosystem.
